It is safe unless your doctor tells you it isn't. for me, it has been much more enjoyable since I got pregnant. It differs for every women though.

Yes, it is okay. My friend had s_x all he way until she had the baby. Doctors say it's easier to have the baby if you have s_x before having the baby. You need to ask the doctor too.
