what cause sharp pains in my nipples and stomach and i took a home pregancy test and it was negitive but im having the signs of a pregant woman

First off... are you late for your period and if so how late? You could be prego but I didn't even have any signs of being pregnant at all until after I found out and I was a month when the doc ran a test and told me. Yes they are common signs, but you need to ask yourself, are the pains low in your abdomen? Are your areolas getting darker and more sensitive to touch also? Are you getting headaches or nausea? If so then you should probably wait a little longer then take another test...Make sure you take it in the morning when the test is more likely to give you an accurate reading. and if after taking one or two more tests and still a neg response and not getting your period go to the doctor and have them give you a blood test which is more accurate then a urine... I had alot of scares before I actually concieved so make sure you evaluate everything before you jump! Good Luck and let us know what happens when you find out!!!!
