Hello it is March 5, 2012 and my expected period was to begin February 23rd. I had s_x 2 days before ovulation without protection. I have been in a long-term healthy relationship for 5 years. This year i believe is leap yr so i dont know if that means anything. I have been having cramping, lower backaches, gas especially at night and frewuent urination. I just feel funny. My periods have been fairly regular since i first got my period when i was 11. I am now going on 24. I took 2 hpt today and they both came up negative. I have one more that i am planning on taking tomorrow morning before i go to work. I am nervous because I have wanted a baby for a while but i am afraid it is something other than pregnancy..thanks to being a woman lol! Anyway someone please help i desperately need answers! Thank you

By the way i have an appointment in 2 days with my OB/GYN and hopefully she will be able to help me with this. I am just too anxious to wait another 2 days!!

It is hard playing the waiting game. If you were supposed to get your period on Feb. 23, I would think by now a pregnancy test would show up positive. Take another in the morning and see what happens. Sometimes all it takes is that one extra day for the test to turn positive. It all depends on how high the hormone level is. Good luck!!
