Dani- how old are you then?? I'm 37.
Alc- looks like you're getting regular then so fingers crossed for next cycle x
Simone- let us know when you get your results- feel for you with your hubby gone so long
So it's thobel or Dani to test first?? Anyone feeling any twinges or anything? I've got v tingly bbs & am a bit crampy but could just be onset of AF. I'm not getting excited. Someone's gotta have some good news for us soon xx

Simone, my daddy was stationed in Japan, and told so many wonderful stories about the beauty of that country! It's been a place I've wanted to visit for about as long as I can remember. I'm origionally from Michigan, so we're kinda sorta neighbors! I live in OH now, but on the way east side of the state.
Looby, I've got you beat by about 5 years. Told ya I'm an old lady! =0) I SHOULD wait and test on the 20th, but I know I'll never be able to wait that long! I'm going to try and hold out until at least Sunday, then I'll be 11 DPO and only 4 days until the witch is supposed to appear. I do have a few things going on symptom wise, but I'm trying hard not to look too much into things. "Tender" b___bs my tush! Mine hurt like they've been run over by a Mac Truck!

Dani,I am in Yokosuka, Japan. Do you know where he was stationed? It is very pretty here, but its days like today when I miss my family and my regular doctors back home. What part of Michigan? My brother lives in Jacksonville and my Grandparents had a lake cottage on Diamond lake which is in Ca__soplois. I am from Mishawaka, which is right by Notre Dame. I hope you are preggo and we have some good news here!!!! I am keeping my fingers crossed!!!! Do any of you have facebook?

Hey, I live in Illinois so am kind of a neighbour too?? Also on FB.
Simone- hadn't realised you were overseas too- I'm sure you'll feel better just being home & having familiar stuff around you at this time.
I'm so happy to have someone else 'older' trying as well!! I don't feel old but everyone keeps telling me I am!!! Very exciting about the bbs!!

Simone...I'm not sure where he was stationed, and unfortunately, he has since pa__sed away, so I can't ask. I understand about missing family. I'm only 9 hours away from my family, but it might as well be a million. I grew up in Muskegon, which is on the way west side of the state. It is so pretty there. I was home a few weeks ago and got to see everyone, but I probably won't be home again for a year or two. I hope I am preggers too, and thanks for the well wishes. Yes, I do have FB.

I sure don't feel old, that's for sure! Most days I feel the same as I did at 27 when I was preggers with my son. I'm so tired, I can't stop yawning and my eyes are half closed... but it's WAY too early to go to bed!

Very exciting that you're so tired too!! Increased peeing? That was the main early symptom for me with my first.

I pee a lot all the time, so it's not really anything different. I'm large chested as well, so it'd be pretty hard for me to determine if they are any bigger. All the symptoms I'm having can be explained away by tons of different reasons, so I'm trying not to get too excited. I'm charting every symptom now though and what day they started on, so that next month, if I need a next month, I'll have a symptom checker to check myself against. I always think I can remember from month to month, but I don't.

Sounds very sensible! So many early preg symptoms for me are the same as my building up to AF symptoms that I get all excited only to crash. I'll stop getting excited for you til we hear otherwise- but still interested if you notice anything different in yourself over next week or so.

I'm still tracking my cycle on FF, so hopefully, that will give me a clue. This is my first month charting, so I have nothing to compare it to, which kinda sucks. I'd really like to know how this one is looking compared to the last few months of trying.
Heading to bed, night night!

You will have to let me know what you think of charting. I have heard so many good things about it, but just have not started doing it yet. I don't even think I am ovulating:( My period was only two days and was kinda light. I am hoping and praying that it regulates down to 28-35 days. Does anyone know of any vitamines that work to regulate your periods?

Hey ladies! I caved and bought some First Response Tests. AF is due on the 17th so I am contemplating testing tomorrow but I know that would be early. The only thing I have been feeling is itchy nipples, sorry if that's TMI. I dont even know if that is symptom of pregnancy. Anyway, hope everyone is doing well!

Phoenix, I have a book called 'what to expect before your expecting' - in it, it explains that your temp spikes around ovulation and then dips again straight after ovulation, however if the temp stays up after ovulation it is a GREAT sign of pregnancy as the hormones that a created when your pregnant are similar/the same as those when you ovulate, so fingers and toes crossed that that is what your temp is meaning!

Simone - I love the charting on FertilityFriends.com. I looked at some other charts, but this one seemed the easiest to me, and also gave me the most information. You can look at other people's charts too, not that you can compare those with yours because every woman is differnt, but it's still a nice thing to do. It will also tell you if you have O'd by the temps you record and other signs. I started using it because I read last month that you can have a positive OPK and not really O. The BBT will tell you for sure if you did or not and what date it was, so it will help you time the BD better. For me, since I do AI, timing is crucial! Also, I've read a LOT of good things about a vitamin called "Fertile Aid for Women" they have that on EarlyPregnancy.com. I haven't used it yet, but I'm planning on it next month. They also have a formula for men that helps the little swimmers. I use the OPK's and HPT's from there too, they are reasonably priced and work well!
theobel - did you test? I think I'll probably test 4 days early as well. Waiting is so hard! I always thought I had a lot of patience, but I guess when it comes to this, I don't!!
alc - thanks for the info! My temp dropped a little this morning, but I'm not sure if it's because I tested around 2-3 hours earlier than usual. I woke up at 5:30 (thanks to the sore bbs!) and couldn't go back to sleep straight away, so I took my temp and got up. I read that some women have an "implantion dip" on their charts between day 7-10, and of course, if I had slept to my normal time, I would probably be pretty excited about the drop in temp, but since I got up so early, all it does is leave me to wonder.
