5 Days Late Negative Test Pituitary Issues

So I recently had surgery to remove a pituitary tumor, and am now trying to start a family with my husband. I was due for my period on 3/27. I had symptoms of PMS (sore br___ts, moodiness, and some cramping) that started a few days before my period, and that I still have today. Just two days ago, I started to get naseous. I am not sure if it is my hCG levels, or if my period is just not coming this month. I have been reading up on a lot of people who don't find out until months into their pregnancies due to these levels. Has anyone ever had an issue similar to mine?
