I am a 24 year old female - On Saturday 13 August, I had brown spotting, and that was it, I thought it was my period but it couldn't be because it's too early, I've been having cramps as though my cycle is still on it's way, my br___ts are tender - and so I did a home pregnancy test today the 15th of August but it shows negative. Is it too early for a home pregnancy test? Or is my cycle still coming? Or is there something wrong?
I really need an answer because I am worried, do I assume I'm not or do I wait and take another test?

Livvie, wait until your period was originally due, then take a couple of tests at one week intervals using first morning pee. What you describe sounds like implantaion spotting and cramping, but it takes a week or two for the hCG hormone to build up to testable levels. Look this week for fatigue, peeing more frequently, lotion discharge, changes in b___sts, nips, appet_te, smells, dreams, backache, emotions, hot flashes, acne, stuffy nose all where different from PMS. GL!
