Brown Spotting Discharge For 7 Days

For the past seven days, I have had brown discharge when I wipe. I have had very light cramping and nausea waves at times. My last period was Sept. 14th. I took two pregnancy tests and they came back negative. Today, it has turned into light pink spotting when wiping. Does anyone think this a sign of pregnancy, ovarian cysts or something else?

If you had not said "for the past seven days" I would have thought you were experiencing implantation spotting. Anything that starts at ovulation time I have to wonder if a weird ovulation (cyst?) is responsible. Anyway, it is usually a waste of money to test before your next period is due. GL!
