Is it possible to have your period and be pregnant? I have been having some dizzy spells and my period arrived sooner than expected. Normally my cycle is between 32 to 36. This last period arrived right on the 29th day from my last period.

You can still have a period when you are pregnant. I had a friend that had her period every month for the first 4 months of her pregnancy. It is more common than people think to have a period, or some kind of bleeding while pregnant. If there is any chance that you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant see a doctor to start prenatal care.
You should talk to your doctor about the dizziness.

i would like to know the answer to this question also. Is it possible to take a home pregnancy test and get a positive result although you had a period?
