Twinges Amp Pinching After My Period

I had (what I thought) was my period on Jan 30th. It lasted 2 days (normal is 4 days). Ever since then I have had this strange pinching/twinging in my lower stomach. Not cramping, just a noticable pinching. It sometimes pinches on my side also. My lower stomach is rather hard feeling too.
Anybody else experience this?
Any ideas what it could be?

Sometimes our bodies just do odd things. As I posted on Mae's thread, my last two periods have only been 1 day when they're normally 5 days, and I'm not pregnant.

Hi for few persons it happens during regular period you are experiencing little bit pinching not too much worry about it.
