What In The World

I posted this previously, but there is an update, so I thought I would post again and see what advice people have: I had unprotected s_x two days before my period (partner pulled out, but we had s_x a few times that evening, and I worry sperm from the first time may have been in the pre-ejaculate later, etc.). My period began in what seemed like full force on 10/23/11 in the evening. By full force, I mean, it started as dull cramps, amplifying to agonizing, pelvic-aching cramps within an hour, and that lasted the evening (I took two advil and slept with a heating pad). As for the bleeding part, I initially wiped during the dull cramps and saw light pink spotting, and then later on my full flow began (normally, my flow begins immediately, never so light in the beginning). I had cramps in the morning on the 24th, with continuous full flow, and then everything dwindled on the 26th. I barely used a whole tampon all day, and now all I feel are these werid twinges of pain in my uterus and ovaries. I most noticeably have felt nauseated on and off for the past few days, often associated with eatting or being hungry. I keep feeling like pulsing, dull pain in my ovaries and then in my uterus, which I really don't know what to make of. My periods, at least for the past year, have been lasting at least four days, with a consistant flow. To note, I also had s_x without protection, with pulling out, twice previously since my last period, once a week after my period, and the other time two weeks after my period. Update: Woke up this morning, 10/27, with an irritated, dry va___a. Each time I wiped, throughout the day, I literally saw very little spots of bright red, watery blood on the tissue paper. Then, I had brown, and clear watery discharge throughout the day. Sometimes, it feels like my va___a is throbbing. Eeep... infection? Or other possibilies? Additionally, had many dizzy spells today, and have been oddly sensitive to motion sickness. I have a gynocologist appointment tomorrow, so hopefully this will be sorted out, but I'd love for some words of wisdom until then.
