Can I Be Pregnant On Our First Attempt

me and my husband have just started trying to conceive, we had sex 5 days ago and I think I might be pregnant. I could just be going crazy though!
I've had a headache for 3 days and cramping down there. I have been so tired the last 2 days, literally struggled to get out of bed!!
I am so excited and can not wait to be able to do a test!! I'm just worried its psychological, or could I really be pregnant.
has anyone else experienced symptoms this early on??
any advice would be great, this is our first

Good luck with your quest, Rebecca. Signs don't usually start until a week before your expected period. Any earlier than that and the chance of it being psychological increases.

I thought it might be psychological, it's just such an exciting time and I'm not the most patient person.
i will do a test in a couple of weeks, you never know

it's possible, I got pregnant with my oldest daughter about a week after I met her dad.
