Can This Be Implantation Bleeding?

Im On CD 67 and still no AF but yesterday when I woke up and went pee I wiped and noticed bright red blood so I thought my period came I put a tampon in thinking it was my period when I took it out to change it I noticed I wasn't bleeding it was light on tampon just bled that once when I wiped but it was dark bright red sort of like I spotted later that day nothing and today still no AF could that have been implantation bleeding? Or what can that be?
