I'm in the same boat as you all it seems. I have irregular periods. I can go months without having one be regular for a few and then not have one for 3 months. Sooo frustrating. I've been checked out and everything checks out fine, so I have no idea what to do about it. I could take fertility drugs, but I really wanted to get pg on my own. I've done it once so I know it can be done. Funny thing is when I wasn't ttc I was regular for like a whole year. The very month we started ttc I missed my period and the next and the next and the next. No, I am not pg, just screwed up. Makes no sense. I'm thinking maybe I'm just trying to hard, I don't know. Sorry this is so long I'm just very frustrated. I'd love to talk to people going through this too. I know I really need support so imagine you all do too. jamie i'm having the same problem. i haven't had my period in 2 months and 10 days.

I am also ttc and only have a period about every three months or so. I hope that I do ovulate even without a period so that we can have a baby soon.

Hi Ladies, I have thought now for a few months I could be pregnant but I keep getting negative test results, I had the doctor do one and it came up negative too and put the symptoms down to my being overweight and gas but I honestly dont think what I feel is gas. I have not had a period in eight months but every time I walk or do housework I have spotting which is really weird, If I meantion this to my doctor she will just put me on the pill which is the last thing I want. Some days I dont feel anything other days I feel light movements and sometimes I feel like something is doing cartwheels inside me but afterwards I have to ask myself is it in my head. I have been through periods of sore b___sts, tender nipples, heartburn, always hungry, needing to pee so bad sometimes i just dont make loo on time (just lately) and my belly is huge but I also have PCOS so Im confused, just happy im not alone.

It's been 8 months and I have not had a period. For the last week, I have had sore nipples(so bad sometimes it's unbearable), gas like movement in my stomache, there has been a tinnnny bit of clear discharge from my right nipple, a heavy feeling in my pelvic area, and have been fatigue( to the point that I can get off of work at 4pm, sleep until 10pm, and go right back to sleep). I don't know what is going on. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and then they said that my pap was regular. CONFUSING! Anyways, I didnt think that I could get pregnant without having a period for so long;therefore I've been having unprotected s_x on a regular basis with the boyfriend. My HPT came back negative, so what could be going on?

Oh my god i thought i was the only one! My last period was june 24th and i have never ever gone this long without a period! i have been very regular and i was also wondering if its possible if you can ovulate without having your period! Me and my fiance have been trying for 5 months now! I have been feeling nausea on and off for the past 4 or 5 days and my b___bs are starting to feel uncomfortable but they are not really sore! My stomach has been feeling very uncomfortable and im having cramps like my period is going to come and it never does! And i am also having light brown discharge this has been happening since august! Also i started having heartburn a couple of days age and its really bad at night! I am so confused! But its great knowing im not the only one going through this!

Oh my gosh everyone I'm so glad I came across these posts, I literally have been going CRAZY lately. Here's my story, similar to everyones here! I have ALWAYS had a regular period ever since I was 12 years old. I was put on birth control at about 16 years old and stayed on it pretty consistently up to the age of 20. Last year however I didn't get a period and found out I was pregnant, 2 months pregnant before I even knew... I had serious complications and medical problems so sadly had to get a D&C procedure, but although it was a horrible situation the Doctor said everything turned out fine and I would be back on a regular cycle within a month or 2. I did get right back on my period and was on a regular cycle right away, up until this past July. My last period was the first week of June. I still have yet to get a period and its now becoming a major worry on me. I mean literally we're talking almost 4 months late and over 100 dollars investment in pregnancy tests that have all turned out negative. I was wondering same as everyone else, can I ovulate without getting my period? Like should I still be testing since I'm still having s_x on a regular basis that maybe I'm pregnant this month and last month was just a random missed period thing? Its cocerning, yet the sad thing is, no insurance the clinic around here is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. So I'm trying to figure this all out on my own without a DR's visit, and its really REALLY exhausting :( I really have been panicking and thinking my god the worst thoughts possible. I'm just glad from reading everyones posts because its been concerning and I know now I'm not the only one thats going through this. Its scary isn't it girls? Anyone have any thoughts feel free to respond I'd appreciate it, believe me!

you can cause i did.last period was end of jan pregnant in april.I have pcos so my periods were'nt all that regular.i was not on any medication.sadly for me i mc in may.my periods seem to be more regular at moment and am geting period every month dodgy cycle but there here all the same going to try again.good luck to you all.x

I do not have periods and haven't had one since November of 07, with or without BC. I went off BC fall of 08 and got pregnant Jan 28, 2009. So, you CAN ovulate and CAN get pregnant without having periods.... I DID!!! I miscarried March 12th

your symptoms sound similar to my brothers girlfriend....who yesterday found out she is 2 months pregnant!!! She missed 2 periods and had multiple negative home pregnancy tests. Good luck!

lol well that is just not right. I think it's completely unfair for a test to come back negative when infact it should be positive. talk about mind games!!! grrr lol

ive been trying to get pregnant now for about a year and a half. its so frustrating that my peiods come when they like does anybody no of anything i can take that might sort out my peiods. im so desperate for a baby and it seems like its all i can think of every where i go i see babies and pregnant women im so jelous and its like i hate them i no it shouldnt be that way but its so hard not to think that, to make matters worse my partners sister is having a baby im happy for her but at the same time im wishing it was me !!

I have always had regular periods, however 3 months before i got pregnany my periods suddenly stopped. Without having a period i thought it was impossible to get pregnant but to my surprise i was pregnant! Im noe 16 weeks into this pregnancy and just found out im having a boy! And everything is perfect so far ;) i wish u lots of luck nd just dont think about it. Just let it happen and it will !

So glad i saw this i havent had a period in two months and have some symptoms but hpt come out negative so i went to my doctor and had a urine test that came out neg and she did a paps smear and no infections but since i had discharge she said i might be ovulating so yes u can ovulate with no period. We have been ttc for 2mo now with no luck i have two boys already and we didnt have problems getting pregnate and now we are having a hard time even more since my husband works a full week so he is out of town and comes for a week so sometimes i think i ovulate when he isnt home but since our doc told us i might be ovulating we are gonna hope and pray this week well get pregnant.
