Angela - just hang in there till O time! It's not too far away now! I think you should definitely mention the hsg to your dr. How does he know there are no blockages??? He's not even doing an u/s for pete's sake! Which he SHOULD be doing to make sure you're responding well to the clomid and developing cysts at the end of each cycle. You may really like your doctor so I'm sorry to keep bringing this up but I think there are routine tests that these doctors should be performing before throwing us on meds. Before I even started one cycle of clomid my doctor conducted bloodwork to test all my hormone levels, did a post-coital, and did a s____n a___lysis for dh - these are all the easy tests. Then we moved onto the hsg. When those were all clear is when I started on clomid. I think it makes a big difference too when you're working with a regular doctor or a RE - I went straight for the RE because I knew they would give me the close monitoring that I needed. Becca - didn't you recently start with a RE? Not to knock our regular ob-gyns but the specialists really know their stuff. I just hate to hear those stories of women who were on six cycles of clomid and THEN found out they had a blocked tube the whole time. If that were me I'd be furious - six months of hot flashes and hormones all over the place is not a fun time, especially if it were for nothing! Sorry to be rambling but I just want to make sure you're getting the best care - and Daina's right...they should have an on-call at your dr.'s office so you can at least get a hold of someone to answer your questions! Geez - don't know why I'm getting so worked up over this (lol)...give me their number...I'm calling them. = P

Hey Angela! I feel ya girl! I think most of us know what kind of pain you are in, and it sucks! My pain didn't get worse when my dosage was increased. I think I start getting the pain about a week before O and it builds up, then on the day I O it is so bad that I have to curl up in the fetal position(love that position! it helps with cramps sooo much!) for a few hours atleast until it goes away. Last cycle i even had to breath through it! So this has been going on for a few days now? I'd say by the end of the week you should have O'd! Anyway, take you some pain reliever and that should help.:) Beks congrats on your +! I bet it was such a relief to see those 2 lines huh?! Anna I'm sorry you are feeling depressed! wish i could just reach through here and hug you all! Will you be my cycle buddy again this month? I started on the 20th. Oh becca and angela, i did do a hpt just incase! I have everytime while on clomid just to be sure! TONIA! WHERE ARE YOU!? are you ok? hope so! let us know how you are lady! we miss ya! I have slight pressure in my ovary tonight-it is in the right one. Last month I o'd from my left one. I guess they switch from month to month. If it doesn't happen this month I know that the dr is going to do an s/a and I'm going to ask about the hsg, I'm not sure at what point they do those. I'm glad I'm at the same point in my cycle as a few of you-it seems like the past 2 months I've been behind everyone else. Good night ladies! Good morning! I took my last pill of clomid for this cycle - yeah!!! Those things make me so sleepy! I've got a question for you gals . . . how many days do you think we should go without bd-ing before the IUI? Since dh's ~o count is low he wants to have 3 days of no bd-ing. I agree except then I'm afraid will miss the opportunity all together. What do you think??? I'm open to any suggestions. :)

Okay - this is off topic, but have you seen all these disturbing posts from "jesuschrist" and "xtor...". I hope whoever is in charge of this website can get rid of them. I can't believe people will get on a website like this and cause problems!

Anna, I think 3 days is good. If you use opks and are monintored by u/s you won't miss the big day! I'm excited for you this month. This is a big step, and I'm so glad that dh is on board!

Becca - thanks for the advice. One thing that I'm worried about is that I am not being monitored by u/s so I have to rely on opks. I usually get a faint positive and then the next day a darker positive. Should I schedule the IUI for the day that I get the dark positive? This is so confusing!

Anna, I really wish I could help, but I don't know much about iui. There are a ton of women over on the problems getting pregnant board who have done or who are doing iui. They could probobly answer your questions for you.

Anna, I wish I could help you with your IUI questions but I'm not really knowledgeable in that area but I know TONIA is!!! Where is she??? I can't believe those posts...it was very disturbing and disguisting. It is scary to think that those people are roaming free in our world. YIKES. Nothing new here. I still have some pain in my ovaries but nothing too severe.

Good Morning ladies! I am back! I was out of town! No computer! Sorry ! : ) Ok, so that was an evap line : ( I am okay though. At least I get to go to Mexico in a few weeks and drink like a fish! : ) I will also be taking at least a month break from Clomid too. Becca! Have you tested yet?!!! I haven't been able to catch up on all the posts yet, BUT I will now! I missed you girls! ALOT!
