Anna, I am so sorry about af..........a little jealous too.........your cycles are so fast! I wish I had as many chances to ttc as you do! I am still on 6dpiui and you are already going into a new month, again, with all the chances to get pregnant and I am still waiting to find out if this one worked!? HOLY cows ; ) I also think Angela is right about pampering yourself as much as you can today! Hi Diana, welcome to our clomid club! I too gained about 7 pounds on clomid. When I take it, i get some headaches, hot flashes and trouble sleeping. I use OPK's and I think they are reliable, but the only way to really KNOW if you ovulate is confirmation on u/s/bloodwork! Hi to everybody! : ) Oh, so Becca, looks like I am only 3 days ahead of you! Staci, how are you today? I was totally thinking that this 13th clomid club could be the lucky #13 that Cheri was talking about too! I mean you girls mean alot to me and I spend a bunch of time here! I am only 6dpiui so we need to keep this one going til I test!

Unfortunately, I am still super busy at work so there is no way that I could take a day off. What else can I try as far as ttc??? I'm trying to make a list of things that I want to talk to my doctor about tomorrow so that I don't forget. Any suggestions as far as what I should ask him??? I feel so confused b/c nothing is working!

Anna, I'm soooo sorry about this! Man, I was really thinking this was going to be the month for you. I agree with Angela, just take the day off and do something to take your mind off. Go shopping, buy a new pair of shoes, whatever you need to do. Please let us know what your plan is. Even though your doctor doesn't think you need to go to an RE I would highly reccomend it. They can really pinpoint O by taking blood work and u/s and then maybe they can do an iui once dh get's his ~o count up. When I told my RE that I'd gone on clomid with my regular ob/gyn, he just rolled his eyes, and said, "yeah, it's a good thing you came to us". There is so much more they can do. Have you had a post coitel? An hsg? There are so many more things that could be blocking your chances to get pg, and unless you get tested, you'll never know. Anyway, that's just my advice. Daina, welcome. I like to know people's real names. It makes it easier to remember stuff about them. Tonia, I was hoping to be a bit closer in my cycle to you, but 3 days will just have to do. I don't know what I'm going to do to make the time pa__s... I know... Let's tell the story of how we met our dhs. I'll go first. When I was in college I spent a semester in Italy studying art. I remember being so in awe of the statue of David that it was hard for me to look for too long because it was just so beautiful. I got to thinking about how God called David in the Bible "a man after his own heart". I'd been so fet up with the goobers that I'd been dating lately, so I prayed that God would send me a "David of my own". Well, about 8 months later I went to work at a summer camp and that's where I met my dh, Dave. (oops, I guess I just gave away his name, oh well). I didn't put 2 and 2 together until I got back to school and I was looking through some of my sketch books and I ran across my prayer that I had actually written down about asking for a David of my own!!! 14 months later we got married. Lesson learned - be careful what you pray for!!! ;-)

hi girls ! i was just catching up getting back from vacatin. not really vacation, but not at wok either. anyway, anna, i'm sooooooooo sorry. i was soooo hping i'd see you got a bfp since your numbers sounded so good. i agree with the others that a nice pampering is in order indeed. otherwise, the only advice i could think of is to really try and see an RE. you havne't yet right ? even ask becca, it's the best thing ever. i know many women who trusted that what their doctor was doing was appropriate and turns out it's not. like one lady i know, she was on clomid for almost a year which your not supposed to do. she finally went toan RE (actually my RE) and he took her off clomid. the next month she was prego ! so you never know. sometimes i just think regular doctors don't specialize in fertility and an RE will know exactly what's going on and know exactly how to fix it. that's my only advice unfortunately :-( but i'm really sorry you have to go through another disappointment. kelly, hello, so glad you're doing well :-) things are good here. go for my u/s to find out the s_x in 2 weeks. should have been next week but the doctors are all on vaca. bummer ! started to feel the baby move on my birthday and dh can now feel it too :-) so all is well here. anyway, i'll keep reading and really hope for a bfp here soon ! take care.

Hi Kristina! It's good to hear from you. I can't believe you are in the second trimester! It seems like not that long ago when we first started chatting, but that was back in November!!! I'm going to ask my doctor about going to the RE. DH has actually been to the one he referred us to when he had to do the s/a last week. I'm still waiting to get his s/a results. The first s/a was bad - 2.8 million. I'm hoping this one is better. I just don't know what to do anymore. I just feel like I've run out of ideas. I wish it would just happen naturally so I wouldn't have to do an IUI or something more extensive but I'm afraid that's not going to be an option. I just can't wait until I can talk to my doctor tomorrow.

Well, here's my DH story...we met in grade 9...dated a few months in highschool and then remained friends after the "break up". We drifted apart during our college years and then a few months before I graduated we bumped into each other at a mutual friends house. He proposed a year later and we have been married for 2.5 years now!since! So, Tonia, when are you going to start testing???I'm like the testing police around here:)

I will probably start testing at 10 dpiui..........so Friday! : ) I met my DH at work. I was a new Finance Manager at Lithia Motors and he was a corporate finance trainer. Well I had already been to training for one full week, plus had two other trainers come to my store the next week and then he was coming too! I was pretty irritated to have to have another trainer hanging around telling me a new way to do things! So the first day he showed up he was so smiley and energetic and I had my arms crossed and pretty much acting like a biatch! He stayed in my office with me for like a couple hours and just talked to me and eventually I relaxed. Well over the course off the next few days we were kinda flirting and looking for each other in the dealership when we were apart for too long! He said at some point (I thought he was crazy at this point) "I just know we are going to be friends for the rest of our lives, I just feel it".... well while he was in my town Portland, OR, training me, he invited me out with him and his friends, I didn't go, we texted all night though! He went back home 300 miles away..........came back two days later on my days off to spend time with me, I blew him off! He kept trying, I mean he would not let up! I finally gave in and went to lunch with him, walked on the river beach and just spent a couple hours with him. After that I had other stuff to do, he drove home. The next day he flew to Montana to be there for a couple weeks for work. The night he got home from our first date though, before he flew to Montana, we talked on the phone all night...........for the next two weeks, we talked on the phone at leat 5-7 hours a day! Also, at some point when he was training me, I told him what my favorite flowers were. The morning he was flying to Montana, the day after our first date, he sent me the biggest most beautiful bouqet of my favorite flowers! I was SHOCKED! Well, we fell in love with each other over the phone! I mean when he came back from Montana, he went home from the airport, put his luggage in his car and drove up to Portland (300 miles)and spent the whole week with me before he had to fly out again for another week! He left his sports car with me too!?! We were so attached to each other it was AWESOME and strange too! : ) Well two months later, I moved to his town (Medford) and then two months after that, he proposed. We were married 10 months later! Now we have been married for two years! He is so sweet!

Oh Anna, I am so sorry! Was AF on time, early? It felt like you had atleast a few more days! This sucks so bad. I say if you all have the money or insurance to cover seeing an RE, do it. I know you prob. really don't want to do that, but it wouldn't hurt just to see him/her to see what they say about your situation ya know? I hope you start feeling better soon! Unfortunately I think I may be right behind you. My temp didn't drop to much just .16, but we all know that it doesn't have to drop to much before af will show. My cervix isn't giving me much of a clue this time. It feels like it is almost soft, guess you could call it medium and it's a little higher than medium, the opening doesn't really feel open. I have been so hot flashy the past 3 days i can't stand it! I mean actaully breaking out in sweats! It's really bad when i'm sleeping. I guess if af doesn't show wed. then i'll test thursday. maybe not, maybe i'll just wait it out. Angela i have very weird dreams on clomid! not hot and heavy dreams, just plain stupid ones! Now i have hot and heavy dreams with out the clomid! The dream will go like this. It is really dh but it's not his body? weird! So how we met dh? Hmm. Well, I met dh through a freind. He worked with her . We stopped by to pick up her schedule and he was there. She left the office and it was just me and another friend there. So we flirted, later he told me he that he couldn't decide if i was a b___h or not(because i was teasing him) We went to hang out at his house that night for a while. My freind called a few days later and said that he wanted to ask me out, but was scared to call me. I told her i would like to, so then he called me himself(guess he didnt' want to be turned down-you know, male ego) So we set a date, went on it and I ended up staying at his house that night just watching movie and we fell asleep together in the spoon position. I left that morning and he woke up and was upset because i had already gone! After that we were inseperable, i stayed with him almost every single night! He proposed after seeing eachother for 6months and got married 6months later! That's it! we'll be married 4yrs in december.

How I met dh . . . we both went to the same college and the first cla__s we had together was a physics lab and we were lab partners. He seemed really nice but I wasn’t looking to date anyone at the time. Then I switched majors into accounting and he was in my accounting cla__s. We ended up both being accounting majors and we had 2 cla__ses together before we started dating. I had never dated anyone before (I know it’s sad that my first date was at age 21 but I’ve always been really shy!). Our first date was playing tennis! It was great b/c we started out as best friends and started dating afterwards. We were able to spend a lot of time together since we had all of our cla__ses together too! We dated for 2 years and then he was in Orlando for his internship and visited me at home in Tampa and proposed at the beach at sunset. We finished up our master’s and then got married!

Staci - AF came earlier than I expected. The past 2 months it had started on 14dpo but this time it started on 12dpo. I hope you don't follow in my footsteps. Are you going to an RE (can't keep everyone straight!)? Are you going to stay on clomid and just keep trying or do you think you will do an IUI? Of course, I hope you are pg and you won't have to! :)

Anna, Did your dh get his s/a results back yet? You know my RE said she wants my dh to take proxeed for three months to improve his counts...........it is REALLY expensive, like $100 month. She says it is PROVEN to increase, improve, repair sperm counts, motility and morhpology. I have dh taking Amberoz, because I bought it for him like 7-8 months ago, he took it for one month and stopped, now he feels guilty for not taking it more diligently! He takes it every day now! LOL, he wants to see his count continue to improve. He also takes vitamins and mineral supplements too.

I love these stories too! I forgot to tell you how we actually met. Well, we were working at a summer camp together and I kind of noticed that he was following me around so I was purposely avoiding him to see if he would follow me. I know, I'm bad! hehe! Well, it became laughingly funny that he just "happened" to end up in the same place that I did all the time. After about a week of this he came up to me at dinner and asked me how old I was. I told him to guess. He guessed 21 and a half. Wow, my 21 and a half birthday was THE DAY BEFORE! That really got my attention, so he asked me out to icecream, I accepted, and the rest is history... LOL!

Wow Anna, that means you only had a 11 day lp? How is your flow? Are you having bad cramps etc? I hate this for you! I plan on taking clomid one more month and then my dr. wants to look further into things(testing) if i'm not pg after this next cycle. Listen to me, already getting ready for next time! Well I know she's coming so it's ok for me to think ahead already. Becca, I joined twoweekwait.com so maybe I can see that pic now. waiting for my confirmation.. i have a Q? do any of you have what feels like a twitchy muscle where your uterus should be right before af shows? I do everytime! It feels like my uterus is going to jump outta there!
