Becca - my appt today is my "post clomid" appt so I have to go in order to get a new prescription. I'm just hoping he won't want to do an exam (the exam is just to make sure there are no cysts). The lab better not have lost his sample b/c dh really didn't want to do it the first time. Also, I hope there was enough ~o b/c he said there wasn't much there!

Anna, do they usually do an exam? I don't think they will do one when you have AF. There is no reason that it should take this long to get the lab results back. The test has to be performed within 2 hours anyway or it is no good, so they should have the results to you by now. I'm getting mad at them for you! LOL! Do you remember what dh's volume was the first time he had to produce a sample? I remember seeing my dh's sample, and I was like, "That's it?" but it was a volume of 3.0 and I think anything from 3-5 is good.

Anna, don't worry if you do have to do an exam...they've seen it all (but I understand how you feel). Also, a normal sample is only about 1-2 tsp in size so I'm sure it was fine. Just sounds like that lab is super slow! The dr. should have the results by now, if not, then he's not doing something right. I always had results back the same day - at the latest the next day. Keep pestering them! Becca - thank you. That's exactly why I didn't log on because I too was always irritated when pg people just popped in randomly and I always promised myself that I would be more sensitive when it was me because I know what it feels like. However, sometimes it's good to talk to other people that you know will support you so you're not going through it alone. I figure it's best to not dwell on it since it's really out of my control. You know? Oh, the progesterone may cause a higher temp...I know it did for me when I was on it...but that's good because that means it's working, right?! Staci - I didn't look at your chart but it went up?? Yay! I hope it means good things are on the way! Angela, thanks so much...you girls are the best. Hi girls! I just got back from my appt - I had to wait over an hour this time!!! I was so annoyed. I told them that we still hadn't gotten the results back and the nurse said she was going to try to get them for us. Hopefully she will call back this afternoon. I think we are going to try to do an IUI this cycle. I hope it works!

Anna, did they do an u/s on you today? Are you doing clomid again?

Tonia - I've never had an u/s done. He just checks to make sure there aren't any cysts. He gave me another prescription for clomid so I need to get it filled tonight. He wants us to try an IUI this cycle as well.

Anna, that's great you're going to do an IUI! Make sure they do a trigger shot so you FOR SURE ovulate exactly in time with the IUI. They should be doing u/s up till the time of the IUI so they can pinpoint when you're ready to O. I can't believe they didn't have the lab results for you yet! They need to work with a new lab!

Bing, I agree, you are soooo dang sweet for being here and encouraging us when you are going through a rough time. and i want to thank you sooo much! I've had them go ahead with pap smears while af was here, but it was usually lite. Becca when i did use that cream I would get a little hot right after using it. Angela, i actually stopped to get a test today and they were out, good thing. think someone is watching out for me, keeping me from experiencing anymore dissappointment.. I know i dont' need to test because i know af will be here. I just have this huge feeling! either tonight or tomorrow. I think my temp was up a little(98.2 to 98.33) because i was hot. I've been having night sweats really bad for the past 3 nights. guess we'll see tomorrow! Ma2aiden, have I welcomed you yet? if not welcome! you're just getting into the fun part of your cycle! when will you start bding? and i am also very sorry for your losses...I went to post lastnight(most of the same thing i just wrote) and when i went to submit i "x'd" out of the page! durrrrr! guess i was really ready for bed huh?! Angela, are you still feeling ok on the clomid? I'm really excited for you this cycle! i just have a feeling it will work.

Anna, that's great news that you have a plan for this month! Yay, IUI!!! I might be doing that before too long too, but I don't think we'll be able to do that until the late fall or winter. Dh's business is seasonal, so he can't take random days or hours off to run to the RE to give a sample if you know what I mean - lol! So, did they do an exam even though you are on AF? How are you feeling about things now??

Staci, you know it's not over until the red witch shows!! Don't loose hope! Bing, I used the cream last night before I went to bed because I heard that it can make you sleepy. I didn't really feel hot last night, but I felt like i was burning up when I woke up this morning. My throat is sore and I've felt feverish all day, not like the cold sweat kind, just like my skin is burning, and my breath feels hot. My temps are naturally very low, so maybe this progesterone cream is really working. Or maybe it could have somthing to do with the fact that it is 100 degrees outside and really humid - lol - yeah, that's more likely - lol!

Hey becca you're right, it's not over until i see red! I know i shouldn't be so hung up on temps, but they do the exact same thing every month, that's how i know af will be here. But the little rise is confusing me. It has never ever done that before, just keeps plummeting south. Anyway, I know that you can't rely on them, especailly after browsing the chart gallery on FF! Becca, maybe you are getting sick? Your skin shouldn't feel like it's burning. Is there anyway you can check your temp? I hope your'e not gettingsick and it is the 100 degree weather! Are you feeling achy or anything? that's how i know when i have a fever, i get all achy and really hot but shivering at the same time. Anyway, hope you are ok girlie!

Oh Staci, I wanted to reply to your twitching question from earlier. I don't get twitching before AF, but I do get it after bding, but only when I lay there for at least 10 minutes. After 5-10 minutes I start to get tiney little twitching sensations "down there". I always imagined that it was the ~o bouncing off the edges trying to get where they are going. However, last week when we tried to bd, but couldn't finish I had the same sensation, but far fewer twitches, and there wasn't any ~o, so it makes me wonder what it was. I just thought I'd throw that out there.

I wonder if they are just tiny contractions? Just from stimulation of any kind?
