I am 18 years old and I have some signs of pregnancy but am not sure if I'm pregnant or not. I took a test this morning and it came negative but I have a lump in my pelvic area and I've been peeing a lot and I've been a whole lot more hungry than usual. I just need to know if there's any way I can tell that I'm pregnant soon because I've never had luck with urine tests.

"A lump in my pelvic area" is an unusual post, but peeing and hungry are typical. How about fatigue, weird cramps, b___sts heavier, nips sensitive, veins showing, dreams, hot flashes, backache and other stuff? When was your period due, when and what your exposure? It's very infrequent not get a positive urine test by the time you miss a second period, and by then an ultrasound is in order anyway. GL!

Yes I've had every one of those. including constipation. I've been having weird dreams every night.

and my period is due on the 4th of this month. This will be my second after conception cause my last period was irregular.
