So I had sex the day before the day of my highest change of getting pregnant. I am 6 days late. I have serious fatigue and feel nauseous eveyday but not all day. My periods aren't always regular but I've never been this late recently. It's usually a day or two. Could I be pregnant?

Ha, I didn’t see the Paragard bit. Are you sure it is still in place? It can cause irregular periods. You are quite possibly suffering side effects. A home test would sort that out too.

I'm not sure. can I check myself or do I have to see a doctor?

The strings attached to the IUD can be felt using a clean finger at the mouth of the cervix. Some recommend checking once each month.
