Well good luck to you! It is frusterating to keep playing the waiting game. I have been trying for 3 months. The first month we tried, I ended up having a very early miscarriage. So, I fear it will happen again...I try to stay positive. This time I took a test 10 days after ovulation and I took it right after chugging a bunch of water at night time. It ended up being negative. I don't know if it was too early/drinking so much water/not taking in the morning play a role with it being negative? I still have not got my period so I am going to try another one soon. I tried to take one today and my pregnancy test ended up getting a message on it saying there was something that went wrong due to too much pee or too little. It was my last test! So, I will have to purchase another test and try again in the morning tomorrow. Let us know how things are going with all of you.

Good Luck SecondH! I sure hope this is your month! Let me know what the verdict is. I know that if it isn't first morning urine and it is diluted b/c of drinking a lot of water that can affect the pregnancy test this early in the game.

Also, My husband and I have been TTC for 4 months now. I have been off of the pill for 6 months. My cycle has been like clockwork. I have a 28-30 day cycle and I tend to ovulate around the 15th-16th day using OPK's. I have normal periods. This month, I just finished my period 2 days ago. I started to feel funny, so I went and took OPK test and it was POSITIVE! I am at CD8!! Why am I ovulating so early? I just finished my period, so I wasn't even testing not thinking I would ovulate so soon. My husband and I are afraid we may be too late in this window to get pregnant. I am not under any unusual stress. Does anyone know why this happens? I am wondering if I will start early in 2 weeks or if I will have my regular cycle and have a really long luteal phase. Any advice?

I was on birth control for 8 years and decided to go off one year in advance of trying just because I feared that my cycle would be messed up. If anything, what happened is I would go months without getting a period. It started to become regular about 8 months after going off the pill. I get my period about every 5 weeks instead of four. I think if you take an ovulation test that is your best way to determine when you are ovulating. I use the clear blue digital tests and have been successful at concieving twice now!! We took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out positive!! I am just trying to stay positive for this pregnancy since it still is early and the last one was a miscarriage. I still am nervous...I am keeping my fingers crossed, For you too. =)

Evening Ladies, I had to post my experience because I found it so excited and encouraging to read each of your experiences. Most of you who experienced cramping were in fact pregnant. Heres my current status... Last Period started on Nov 21st (4-5 days) 26th began trying early. (i have a 25 day cycle) My highest fertility was supposed to be Nov 28th -Dec 3rd This early evening and for hours Ive been having cramping, pinching, dull ache, in my lower right abdominal. I can feel it a bit in my back. Breasts a slightly tender but barely. I may become more sensitive in a few days. Im expecting my period on DEC 16th. So the earliest I can take a TEST is 5-6 days before my period so that is 8 days from today. STAY TUNED- I will share either! Baby Dust and Wishes to you all!!!!! =)

Hi SpartanMimi, I'm on the same schedule as you this month. I have a 31 day cycle (or it has been recently) and my fertile period was Nov. 28th to Dec. 3rd as well. I am also Due for my period around the 16th. I have a daughter already, but I don't remember having cramping at any point during my pregnancy. My husband and I are not trying to get pregnant, but we are not not trying either. We had s_x twice during my fertile period, 2 days before ovulation, and 2 days after. Ever since mon or tues this week I have been getting very mild cramps in my lower abdomen, and sharp pains in my cervix. It's definately possible for me to be pregnant, and I would be so excited if I was. It's killing me to wait for another week, but it's nice to know there is some hope! good luck!

Im hoping someone can help me here sorry if this is TMI Ok so I have been TTC since August 2010 and my cycle is 30 - 35 days which means i should ovulate between 12/6 and 12/10 me and my husband had s_x almost every day from 12/1 - 12/12 but on 12/10 - 12/12 when we were having s_x certain positions cause a pain in my right side like in my ovary and my cervix felt sensitive as well. Does this happen to anyone during there ovulation days or after... or could i have ovulated early maybe anc could this be a sign of early pregnancy? Please help i am praying this is the month ... even though sometimes i feel like getting pregnant right now would feel like hitting the lottery and not likely!!!

amg1219 - December 13

to add to my last comment the pain did not last once we changed positions of stopped the pain was gone and it was not an unberable pain

I know when I ovulate I do have sensitivity on the side that I ovulated on, especially during s_x. I also had cramping. The only thing I can tell you about Symptoms is that every month since August( we have been TTC since then too) I have had cramping everyday from the time I ovulate up until I start my period and I haven't been pregnant. Last month I had little cramping not much which I thought was strange compared to the other months and I ended up being pregnant. It ended in MC. I think it just depends on the month and everyone's body reacts differently. I am hopeful that this is your month and I wish you lots of baby dust and the best of luck! It will happen for all of us! Keep me posted, I know the Two week wait is so long! I will be trying again soon too, so I completely understand. Have a good day!

thank you for getting back to me and yes i hate the two week wait it really is miserable but thank you and i will keep you updated good luck to you as well

hi everyone My husband and I are trying to get pregnant after a long time in talking about it,I have been pregnant before and had a TOP when I was younger due to my difficult circ_mstances (no job, no permenant place to live and my dad would have killed me!) this was a year before I met my hubby for the first time. My periods was always on time every 29 days and the same heavy flow every month. When I was preggo before I experienced alot of symptoms and after the TOP I met my husband a year later and after 6 months I fell preggo again but didnt even know, I was always sleeping and had some burping then I had some spotting and a strange taste in my mouth as if i was coming down with something along with a raised temp. But I miscarried a day after i stopped spotting, my preg test showed a faint positive and I bled for 2 weeks and I went for a scan and I was told I had a miscarriage, even though the preg wasnt planned, I was upset. So now after 3 years of being together including 1 year of marriage we are ready for a baby, we both have jobs and a place to live. Recently when I started my new job in january this year, baring in mind my periods were always spot on regular and the flow was always the same, for 9 - 10 months my periods have been all over the place, the dates have been jumpy, sometimes my periods start every 25 days or sometimes 29 - 30 days and the flow has been much lighter and shorter, each period varies for me and i have took loads of preg tests all of them were neg, so the doc told me that coz ive turned 24 my hormones are changing anyway, however this should not affect me getting preggo. for past 2 months I have been 30 days on the spot with my periods. This month Im not so sure.... my husband and I had unprotected s_x 16 days after the first day of my last period, then again 1 week later. its now 26th day since my last period, have not come on yet. However I have been burping at least 3-6 times a day since a day after the first unportected s_x on 16th day after last period, they are like silent burps, even with an empty stomach ... I got twinging cramps in my abdomen on and off since then, I have been feeling more tired etc. Today is the 10th day since the first time of unprotected s_x and I felt a little dizzy and I had a moment where I had a strange taste in my mouth, it was familiar and I said to my hubby I better take a test. It was neg ... I am due on my period at some point this week, thursday 30th december at the latest and the preg test was an early detection and it was neg! I went to the toilet this evening and I know this is gonna be TMI, but after straining with a bit of bowel movement (constipation) I went to wipe myself, my faeces was slightly limey greeny brown. then when I wiped my front i had light pink on the tissue, then when i wiped my front again there was a dark red string bit on my tissue, then wiped again a little bit of pink again then nothing, my lower back has an on and off twinging pain and I have had increased saliva at times and sometimes feel light headed, especially when I bend over .... does this mean I could be pregnant?????? I cant remember my last symptoms at all since it was 3 - 4 years ago since then. I am due on this thursday and I am praying to be preggo!

nbetty - December 27

Bled today, at first it was like a brown discharge then it got darker red and a little bit heavier as the day got on, dunno if its a slightly heavy implantation bleed or an actual period ... taking a test at the end of the week to confirm but pretty sure its a period. Better luck next month

Hi there! I just want to share a similar experience. My husband and I have been trying almost a year. He is only home 4 months a year due to his job, so my doctor put me on clomid. I heard taking mucinex prior to ovulation helps, along with baby aspirin after you ovulate. I did all of this and now I am 6 dpo and feeling sick and cramping. Anyone have a success story with these similarities??

ashleyh1119 - December 29

Hi Ladies, I haven't updated with my results yet because I am still waiting!!! I am now on cycle day 46 and am still not getting ant positive tests. I am 15 days late!!! With my daughter it took 3 weeks before I got a positive test, so I believe it's still possible for me to be pregnant. I am no longer having any cramping, but I do have a heightened sense of smell, and am extremely tired all the time, and I'm starting to get sore b___bs, which means I'm either preggo, or I'm about to finally get my period...I will definately let you ladies know either way!!! On baby center, alot of ladies get cramping after they get pregnant, but it's not really a good sign because it can go either way...

Alright well I'm new to this so bare with me... my situation: I was on birth control from high school up till about 2 years ago- when I was on the pill I rarely got my period. after i stopped the pill my cycle was very irregular my husband and i have been trying constantly for the past year and no luck yet. I finally got put on Chlomid and it didn't do much and I decided to just let it happen when it happens. My cycles have become a little more regular and I've started taking ovulation tests to see when I'm ovulating... the test strip came up very light positive on my 16th day- had intercourse. now it's 5 days after ovulation and my b___sts are extremely sore and tender along with the areolas and a lot of cramping in my abdominal area. I'm crossing my fingers- I am due for a period in 10 day's so we'll see.. i just thought it was very odd that my b___sts are so sore already and all of this cramping going on.

nbetty - January 10

Hi Ladies! moscarelmo: Take an early detection pregnancy test that identifies the HCG early, but it might come up faint ... if you are 6 days past ovulation wait two or three more days then take one because implantation can take place 5 - 10 dpo and you will see some light bleeding. I have never took chlomid myself as when I was on the pill, my periods were regular and much lighter, but caused weight gain and horrific cramps, when I came off the pill i was regular and my periods seem fine but that was two years ago and me and husband are only now started trying. Ashley1119: Sound like a very long cycle, never usually takes this long for implantation to happen. Did you experience any spotting or small bleed? The first sign of being preggo is fatigue, I was pregnant before and had a miscarriage and the first sign was always fatigue, strange taste (like metal) in your mouth, always feeling hungry, dizziness, feeling sick or being sick, sore b___sts and raised temperature. If you take your Basal Body temperature every morning as soon as you wake up and before you get out of bed with minimal movement, that is affective to tell you if you are possibly preggo. The BBT has to be taken religiously every morning from the first day of your period and you will see a rise in temp around ovulation and if it stays elevated for more than 14 days after ovulation that will tell you if you are preggo. Vaginal ones are more accurate than oral ones, I take an oral one and it says its low but i have spotted my temperature shift. It is possibly because I sleep with my mouth open due to my ongoing sinus trouble. So I might start taking it v____ally as it states its more accurate than oral however I have the two week wait ahead of me fingers crossed. If you still havent come on go to the doctors and get a blood test if your home preg test is still negative, blood tests can trace any amounts of HcG in your blood stream which detects preggo. dsgarcia512: The thing is if you have been on the pill for a long time it can cause delay on getting preggo and i was reading up that chlomid doesnt help either although its good for some women to help ovulation. I think you are pregnant, because implantation can start from 5 days then by 10 days dpo your fully implanted. You might experience a implantation bleed which would be like spotting or very light, lighter than usual and you will feel tired, sick, dizzy, sore b___sts, cramping will last for a couple of weeks, which can be normal if the cramps get alot worse and its to one side, see a doctor about it. Take an early preg test that can detect it early 5 days before your period would have been due or 3 - 4 days from now. As for myself, I have been charting my basal body temperature orally, seemed a bit low started off at 35.8C then slowly rised up after my period had stopped to 36.3 during this time I was taking my urine ovulation tests since the 4th day of my period and no surge... then I noticed a dip in my temperature on 13th day of my cycle now its slowly rising. 13th day in morning ovulation test said no LH Surge then in the evening I felt piculiar so I took it again and it said LH Surge detected same for 14th day, now its 15th day of my cycle and no more LH surge so I have ovulated. When I ovulated I experience like a little sharp pain in my right side and my cervix felt like it was pulsating, had the odd twinge here and there in my womb area so I dont know whats gonna happen yet. Me and husband have been having unprotected s_x since I finished my period everyday execpt for the 12th day in my cycle and we are still having unprotected s_x to improve chances aswell. The last time I fell pregnant it was straight away and that was 3-4 years ago so hopefully it will be the same regardless of my scanty weird periods, I must be still ovulating so I have another 7-9 days to wait until I can do a test although by end of this week I might start to notice signs hopefully! Good luck ladies xox
