Help! Pregnant After Nexplanon!

hi ladies!
I had my Nexplanon removed Nov 1st. Dr confirmed pregnancy Dec 4th.
Doctor did ultrasound and said my endometrium is too thin at 7mm. And could not see sac. My HCG was 233. I will retest my HCG in two days to see If it is doubling. My question is could I be too early in my pregnancy for an ultrasound to confirm it? Is it normal to have a 7mm endometrium around 3/4weeks pregnant? I didn’t have a period after removal so i do not know my conception date. I would love for this baby to stick. Thank you ladies!

additionally, I have had zero cramps/bleeding. There are no real symptoms of pregnancy other than an increased urination. I am very healthy.
