I usually get my AF every 20-22 days I've been off birth control for over 8 month and me and my fiancé have unprotected sex well according to my period calender we had sex on my ovulation day and I am currently 6 days late and I took a test 2 says ago but it was negative. I feel naseated and keep getting lower cramps toward the vaginal area

That's some short cycle - almost too short. The hormone the test looks for is not the same as the one that gives the early signs. Why not buy a two pack and test again at one week intervals using first morning pee. GL!
