Scared Of Being Pregnant Again

I have a 1yr 2mnths baby boy n I've recently noticed that my right br___t is hard coz am stil br___tfeeding, so I thought maybe it was gonna go away after nursing my son but the hardness is stil there so does it mean I might be pregnant?

You are not likely to get pregnant if you are nursing full time. Could you have a plugged milk duct?
