Spotting No Period But Neg Pregnancy Test

i came off pill 6 months ago as TTC. my last period was 31st july and ended 4th august. i had spotting 2-3 weeks after this period which lasted about a week. it is now 17th september and i still havnt had my next period. my cycle is normally around 37 days and im now on 48. i took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it was neg and i took one yesterday and it was neg again. i have a few symptoms eg discharge..feel tired..slight cramps (but they are not painfull) and i feel quite bloated alot. could i be pregnant ? when should i think about seeing a doctor?

The timing of the spotting could have been related to ovulation, but the signs are encouraging. You had best test once a week until missing a second period, then call the doctor for an explanation. GL!
