16 Possibly Pregnant Needs Answers

Okay. So I am 16 and my boyfriend is 19. Well the first time we has s_x the condom broke. He c_mmed in me. And I been having signs of pregnancy. First it was like a 3 one night and I was like extremely nauseated. So I lied down. Since then every morning he calls me to tell me good mornig I feel sick and extremely hot. Then I noticed I have increased appet_te. Then my br___t grew, then head aches, back aches, emotions going crazy!. And to find out I was ovulating when our condom broke. His mom already knew, which shocked me. Because she has a gut feeling I was pregnant. His moms not mad, just worried about the money situation. We are waiting for my period to see. And I am take a home pregnancy test. But I wonder what is my percentage I am pregnant? And how should I tell my mom?

Your chances seem pretty high, especially if other people are noticing. It's a little weird that you are having symptoms before you miss your period though. It's a good idea to wait for your period to come. As for telling your mom, I guess you don't really have to tell her until you know for sure that you are pregnant, but my advice would be to let her know that you are s_xually active anyway. That way you can feel comfortable going to her for any s_x advice, if these scares happen again, seeking out a second form of birth control, or immediately having someone to go to to ask for the plan B pill if there's ever a broken condom situation again. I find it is best to be completely open and honest with your parents... it does more good than harm even if it doesn't seem like it at the time. She'll be happy you came to her.
