17 Not Sure If I Am Pregnant Help

sooo lately i've been having all symptoms of pregnancy...
except va___al discharge and no spotting.. i get a headache every now and then. more often than ever. i use the bathroom every hour on the hour. i get dizzy mostly when i get up never happens to me. i'm supposed to get my period this week... nothing yet. could i be pregnant?

Did you have unprotected s_x the last week of July? You don't mention fatigue, which is a common early sign. How about weird cramps, bigger b___sts, sensitive nips etc? Sounds like you might be taking a test next weekend. Use first morning pee, and repeat a week later if still unsure. GL!

Yes I did.
I've been having fatigue more than usual. I get random wierd cramps nothing intense. It feels like they've gotten bigger and they are tender sometimes. i get random cravings of foods i havent eaten in a long time. a
