Can men hold pre-c_m and feel it before with mind control on it? Or Is it impossible?

Pre-c_m comes from a different gland and pathway and the man can not feel it coming the way he does ejaculation. The function of the pre-c_m is supposed to help lubrication and control chemical balance. Pure pre-c_m contains no sperm. However, if a guy repeatedly holds back ejaculation, then sperm may get mixed in. Hope that answers.
