Hey everyone,
My name is amber , im 18 years old and my boyfriend donald is 19, we have been having s_x and just recently started having unprotected s_x. I am having alot of pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness, food cravings, frequent urination, lower backaches, stomach cramps , br___t soreness and even headaches at times. we have taken four pregnancy test and they have all been negative, my period is usually always on time and i should have started by now. Im not quite sure if its too early to tell or if im just imaginning things... what should i do? do you think i might be pregnant?

Hm. That's a tough one. You certainly sound pregnant, and if you are experiencing symptoms like that you would have an accurate pregnancy test by now. However, there are several reasons for you to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms... Yet there are such things as false test results. Are you trying to conceive? I ask because sometimes women who are very eager to conceive display symptoms when they aren't pregnant...I think it's just from wishing to be pregnant so much. My advice is go to the doctor and ask for a blood test. If it comes back negative again then believe it, and ask your doctor why you would be experiencing the symptoms.

I would wait a few more days and then test again if your period still hasn't started. You might want to try and early result test, the kind that allow you test up to 4 days before your period is due, they are more sensitive so if you are pregnant it should turn post_tive right away. Also make sure you are using first morning urine b/c it is more concentrated. If it is still negative go see a doctor and get a blood test. In the mean time you should start prenatal vitimines. Even if you are not pregnant it is good to take them if you are trying.

i'm with rylansmommy. are you trying to get pregnant? if not, you might use a condom unless you're ok with the cute and cuddly side effects of unprotected s_x =P anyway, if your period was due by now i would say it's safe to test.

Since you are having plenty of ttc s_x and now have signs of pregnancy, there is a good chance you have been successful. Quite a few pregnancies do not test positive until two weeks late. Test weekly using first morning urine, and start taking prenatal vitamins. Good luck!
