Hey everyone, so I'm a few days late, and decided to take a test, figuring it'd be negative and I would stop worrying. I took the test and when I looked at it there was the line that showed it was working, and a very faint second line. You wouldn't really notice it if you just glance, but I showed my friend and she said it was definitley there, not just my mind playing tricks on me. So, does anyone know what that means? I used first response, could I be pregnant and not far along and that's why the line was so faint? Or is it a negative test?

THe hCG hormone doubles every few days in the first trimester. Take another test this coming weekend using first morning pee, and see if the line comes faster and darker. Chuck the test after 10 minutes so you are sure not to mistake an evaporation line for a positive. GL!
