How Does Plan B Affect My Period

ok, so I took the Plan B pill about a week ago and I just got my period today. The lady at planned parenthood told me to expect a period in about a week so I'm not worried about that. My question is, am I still going to get my regular period at my regular cycle time? If I didn't take the pill, I would be expecting my period in about two weeks. But since I did take the pill, will my cycle change or did I just get this period because of the hormones in the pill?

No telling! That big dose of hormones affects everyone differently - may even depend on when in the month you took it, Don't plan on knowing exactly where you are until the period six weeks from now. Good luck!

You may get all funky. I took plan b before and it really made my period weird and off.
