Missed Pills Unprotected Sex

Nine days ago I was supposed to start my third week of my pill pack.
However, I missed that entire week of pills and am still not on the pill. So all
together I have missed 7 pills (of the third week) and have not started a new
pack. A few days after missing the first few pills I got a light not very long
lasting period (about 3 days). On Saturday, which would have been my
seventh missed pill I had unprotected s_x and he did not pull out. What are
the chances I could get pregnant?"

This is something that no one can really predict for you because everyone is different. Some people miss one pill and get pregnant, some dont. Some people miss several pills and get pregnant, some don't. The biggest problem to trying to predict if you hit a fertile period is that no one knows what your body does after you are off the pill. Some people stop taking it and are super fertile, some people don't get back to ovulating for a few weeks, even months. So all I can say is wait about 2 1/2-3 weeks after the unprotected s_x and take a test. Or you can wait to see if you get a period in a month and if you don't then take a test. Now as for going back on the pill-I don't know what to tell you because taking the pill doesn't necessarily guarantee that you are going to lose the pregnancy if you are, and it could just cause deformities and problems. I'd call a doctor, or the prescriber of the pills and ask what they think.
