So In September around the 25th i had unprotected s_x and i got my period that month.Is It A Possibiltiy I Could Be Pregnant?Plz Help

If the only time you had s_xual exposure all September was the 25th, and a normal period came as expected before the end of the month, you are not pregnant. The egg comes 2 weeks before your period and is only good for a day. If 1) you were fooling around two weeks before your period and some s____n accidentally got in you, and if 2)your period was unusually light, and if 3) you are experiencing some early pregnancy signs, then yes, you should take a test any day now using first morning pee.
