yea it kinda feels like cramps but it only last about three seconds and is only every like half an hour to an hour...idk if im pregnant yet but i know im not suppose to start my period for another 5 days and i know there is a possibility i COULD be pregnant...so do u think the pains are from that....?

it's possible, but it would be best to wait until your period is late and then test. you can get period like cramps sometimes all through your first trimester so cramps aren't really the best symptom to watch for. also watch your period if it does come and see if it's different. this early, though, you probably won't have many symptoms yet if any.
