Man after you said jacuzzi I'm awfully tempted to take a swim. I have one, but it's like 50 bucks to heat it up... ridiculous. The past week the pool water has been really nice, but not jacuzzi nice :(

Min. wage here is only 7.50!!! Sucks but oh well lol. But yeah everything does kinda even itself out. I live like say, 1 1/2 - 2 hrs away from Chicago, so that might be why it's so expensive xD Where I want to move though, with my family, the house Jeff and I want is only 63,000 and it's a three bedroom two bath. The mortgage would be anywhere between 600-800 depending on how much we would put down etc etc etc etc.

Last year mimimum wage here increased from 5.25 to 7.25. It was a huge jump. I was working at Walmart at the time and everyone got a raise b/c of it. But like i said, a house like the one Ashley wants would be around $600 a month here. Im so glad our house is being handed down to us! No rent, no mortgage. Im so excited about getting to do a nursery for this baby. I lived with my dad until Rylie was 9 months old and we shared a room lol. Her crib was 2 inches from my bed. But i feel bad b/c i have the chance to do so much more for this baby then i did with rylie. Like i really want to have the 3D ultrasound done but i didnt with Rylie. Is that fair? How will i explain it to her when she sees pictures of everything she didnt have?

I think she would understand if you tell her that you just couldn't afford it then, doesn't mean you didn't want to. The same goes for my daughter. I never got a 3D. When she's older I'm just going to be honest with her, that I really wanted to get it done but mommy and daddy didn't have money to spend on things like that.

i want to get a 3d done with this baby I had one with Dominik and i thought it was pretty cool but hwne he came out he really did look like what the monitor showed us lol i kinda wanna wait to see what this baby REALLy looks till its born but at the same time i wanna see :D

newbaby2009 - August 21

Yea, im sure she will understand. At least i hope shes raised in a way to understand lol. I just feel so bad. Though she has anyhing and everything she could want/need now. Like yesterday she was a total whiner all through wal-mart and i still bought her a new baby. I know its bad to do but i do it b/c i feel so bad.

that sounds about right for that size house...maybe a little over priced. rental houses the my house go for about 1350 a month 4 bedroom 3 and a half bath and everything else is about the same or close to equal....but renting to own is a real bad idea! how renting to own works is say the house you are looking to get would rent out for 1200 a month...well the owners decided they want to rent to own out their house...so they jack the price up to 1400 a month and only 200 a month of your payment goes towards owning the house....so only 2400 a year goes to your house so anotherwards it would take 125 years to actually pay for the house unless yourun into a ton of money and can pay them outright. So to be honest what the elderly couple ment by "it would be nice to have a young couple in our house" was it would be nice to have some young dumb suckers" because say 2 years down the line you outgrow your house or want to move...all the money you put towards the house you loose

ashley_1991 - August 21

we really dont care how much of it goes toward the house we may nto even deicde to do rent to own, we may just decide to rent it for a few yearsa and move, we havent decided its a nice place, greta for raising our kidsm andits within our budget so im not to worried about it!

newbaby2009 - August 21

No one is trying to crushyour dreams or anything Ashley. Its good to be excited about getting a house. There are just a few other things to worry about for your futures sake. You'll regret not worrying about it later. We just want the best for you!

Ashley I was really just trying to warn you thats all. I am happy for you if you guys are ready for it,but it is really hard to rent a place for that much and save to buy. and It is very depressing to go from a really nice house to a way smaller run down place just so you can afford and save to buy...trust me I know the feeling...just be careful in your decisions! If you guys can aford it that is AWSOME, and you guys are going places with life fast! =D

ashley_1991 - August 21

i know none of you guys rae trying to crush my dreams lol :D we can afford it so i mean if we only live there till the kids are older thats okay with me :D im young i really dont wanna be tied into a house right now anyway, and who knows i may find something else. and the apt im in right now is not a place i wanna be for much longer :D
