If i touched pre cum with the tip of my thumb and then washed it off immediately with a wet wipe, a hand sanitizing gel for hands, once with water and once with water and soap, bf washed his hands as well with the gel and with water and soap and while they were still wet we held hands and walked around the city. Then after 4 complete hours i went to the WC and used of course toilet paper. I can't get pregnant from that, right? Please reply.

No way can you get pregnant from that. Fresh semen and sperm have to get into the vagina for pregnancy to be possible. Also the time of the month has to be right. Ovulation is 14 days before the next expected period. Sperm can lie in wait for up to 5 days and the egg is good for just one day.
