Technically, pre-c_m is fluid from the Cowper's gland, thought to function for lubrication and acidity control. There is no sperm in it. If a male has an erection that lasts for a while and "almost" c_ms and backs off, then sperm from the testes can leak into the picture. Bottom line is that the longer you fool around, the greater the chance of there being sperm present. Do you have any early signs of pregnancy - are you late? Good luck!
