You will be surprised how quickly they will cotton on to the idea. Buy your mom some Valentine chocs, and put a card inside saying "Surprise! love from your first grandbaby!"

Your older so it wont be as bad but just sit them down and tell them. Trust me they will be shocked and most likely angry but they will soon get over it, my parents did and I was 16! :)
