my name is riley, and im 16, the last time i had s_x was august 13, the same day i got off my period, i got my period on the 11th of september, but it was unusually light, i have been noticing some signs since then, nauseous but no vomiting, slight stomach pain especially when i try to sleep on it, and a natural urge to have my hands on my belly all the time, i should get my period here sometime in the next to weeks, but im really worried that im pregnant, any opinions?

Riley, the dates and signs don't add up to an obvious pregnancy. S_x on cycle day 5 is low risk. Is your cycle irregular or normally long? I am thinking more along the lines of PCOS (Google that!). Do you have a gynecologist yet? You are at the right age to have a basic gyno check-up and info session, and since you are becoming s_xually active, that would be a good time to talk about birth control. See if you can get your mom to set one up. GL!

Sometimes the uterus can send what the doctors call a 'false period'. One of my friends had this situation herself - and now she's 100 weeks along!
Or it could just be your body is low on Iron or something.
Just to be sure -- Take a home pregnancy test. If you are still unsure after that, get a bloodtest done.
