With dominik i could sleep whenever i wanted but now that i have to chase him around im finding i can hardly function, i cant seem to get ANYTHING done, is there a type of food that can help ?(not like energy bars or anything like REAL food) ? lol any suggestions

Ive actually heard not to eat enery bars when pregnant. Its the same as caffiene and is bad for the baby. Im beyond exhausted at this point buti just continue to tough it out. Though it is sooo much better then my 1st trimester was. Im very thankful for that.

You may have low sugar like me, I found out I did. Eat more sugary foods and eat more iron fortified foods, I have to. I have realllllly NO energy and we're both on our second both due around the same time lol both with kids around the same ages!

Im anemic so thats alot of my problem. I also had gestational diabetes with Rylie and i think its starting with this one too. Which sucks b/c no matter what i do i cant control my weight gain.

fruit smoothies helped me, Naked Juice (epecially the protein one and the Green machine), Pom Juice, Green tea (though it usually has caffeine), eating more balanced foods
