no you can not have your period while pregnant thats the whole point of having a period is the unfertal egg being flushed out.

I had intercourse on october 12,2005, my period b4 that started september 30 and two weeks after that i had spottin for 2 days then it stopped and now i have my period but i took a hpt and it was positive can someone help im only 17 yrs old.

well dis is my story i had s_x after my proid well alest i thought i was done and then he c_med in me and den i started to bleed later dat day and a lil da next day.can i be pregnet if he umed in me a lil but he took his p___s out after but still some got inside me so can i be pregnet.???

no not at all but you can bleed moderaly but its rare

As you already know everybody's body reacts in diffrent ways, such as some women get a period while they are pregnant and some women dont, although even though you think you might be pregnant and have come on your period you dont really know until a pregnancy test is taken. If you came on your period although it was only for a couple of days that might also mean that you are pregnant, because as i said before everybodys body reacts in a diffrent way. As a doctor i have seen many people come on there periods and stil wonder if they are pregnant, well infact 75 % of those people are, because if you have had symptoms as wel as your period then that means there is a high risk of pregnany. i hope i managed to answer all of your questions if you have anymore post them on here and i will try and answer as many as i can. if you are pregnant good luck to you all.

Docto soph, are you really a doctor and if so can you please help me.. i posted on here before about a month ago... thinking i was prego.. for the past 3 now goin on 4.. when my period is due it comes late.. then when i get it its not normal at all... it only lasts like a day.. its real light bleading then it stops then the nest day or the day after it comes again as the same.. i have had alot of prego sympthoms.. last month i took 2 at home tests. both the cheap kind.....the first came out negative but in a way it looked like the postive wanted to show up.. i was told it will do that if i dont have enuff thc or whatever it is called.... then i took another one.. cheap one and it came up negative.. so i just said well i will wait till next month and see whats goin on. now this past month. i have had all the same sympthoms as the past 2.. and it feels like my tummy is gettin harder... Now im a big girl.. im not tiny at all.. so i was woundering how i could tell for sure.cause my tummy is gettin bigger but harder.. and more round... and well i dont have insurance.. so if i go to the doc i want to make sure i really am.. cause i can not affored a bill.. and im really scared... so any advice you have would be helpful... thank you!
