me and my boyfriend always have unprotected s_x and well the last time i had my period it was from Jan3rd to jan 7 since than i have not had my period, than we had s_x and i bled just 20 minutes and it was very very light pink redish. i took to home pregnancy test it say positive went to planned parenthood and took a urine test it say negative. and it been almost a week i still havent had my period, but i feel like throwing up, craving for foods and my br___t hurts when i touch them, i also use the restrom a lot. can i be pregnant?

Well if you're having regular unprotected s_x of course there's a huge chance you could be pregnant. However, a__suming you read the home pregnancy test correctly, and it was positive, then had the negative test later... that's a bad sign. That means your hormone levels could be going down which more often than not means a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy. You need to go see your doctor and ask him for a blood test.

Did your dr do a blood test? because it also may be a possibility that you arent that far along so the urine test arent comming out accurate.....it is also a possibility that the second line that you saw on your at home pregnancy test was a control line....I recomend that you take another at home pregnancy test with your first morning pee, if it comes out positive again then ask for your dr to do a blood test....when i had my chemical pregnancy last year, everything happened so fast, and i never got a possitve result from my dr, that i had to bring my 3 positive at home pregnancy test to my dr so she could see it to confirm i was actually pregnant....It didnt make a difference bringing in my test, but it made me feel alot better knowing that my pregnancy wasnt overlooked by my doctors.

Take another home pregnancy test usng first morning pee. hCG hormone doubles every few days. The Planned Parenthood test may not have been as sensitive as the one you did at home, and it may have been at a time of day when your pee was not concentrated. Don't forget the prenatal vitamins containing folate. Good luck!

hmmm...can you say stupid?Why would you have unprotected s_x at all,let alone "always".Maybe it is just me and my cranky 38 week pregnant self but this is ridiculous.If you aren't using birth control then you are trying to get pregnant,in which case you shouldn't come running to us for advice.Take another test.

xlmjxmjlx: ok, amanda said to get a BLOOD test. a urine test isn't as sensitive. i think you should be on birth control asap. especially since you can't tell the difference between a blood and a urine test.
