Possibly Not So Much Pregnant

Okay so basically, I could possibly be pregnant I just took a test Saturday night and the control window said the test didnt work, but the result said positive... So I dont know if i should wait to take another one or just take the answer it gave me.
I'm around 3 and a half weeks late from having my period and was talking to my boyfriend about it.
He said some nonsense about if you are in the very early stages of being pregnant, as in the egg is being fertilized? && you have s_x again and the guy c_ms inside you again, that the new sperm will mix with the old and terminate the pregnancy..
so my question is, is that really non-sense? I've been googling all night trying to find the answer but I've seen absolutely nothing.

im not even sure where he heard it... but i guess i just need someone to either tell me im right, or its true :/

There is absolutely no truth to that. That just makes it twice as likely you'll get pregnant.

hahaha that's the most bogus lie I have ever heard!! I'm sorry for laughing but that is just soooo ridiculous. It sounds like he's one of those guys just looking for an excuse to ejaculate in you. Either that or he heard it from a guy who's like that. The only way to terminate an existing pregnancy is to have an abortion. Anyway, I don't know how you know the test didn't work, but you should take another one.

The truth is that your boyfriend wanted to have s_x with you, whether you were pregnant or not. If you have no early pregnancy signs other than a late period, maybe you just skipped. Take another test using first morning pee, dip method. Dollar Store will work fine and save money. AIM ppowb. Good luck!

You can hold it in better than me then :) When I read that I burst out laughing and my boyfriend was like "wtf?" then came over to read it... He didn't laugh he just kind of stared at me and I was like "Well, I wouldn't expect you to think it was funny. You're probably going to write it down when I'm not looking and use it on some helpless girl later." Then he said "Hmm... You think that'll work?" I 'otta whoop him upside the head ^_^

Sorry for my responce earlier, i just couldnt think of anything smart and non sarcastic to say to that one....But seriously, if someone tried to pull that one on me and I found out the REAL answer< there would be a big arguement between the two of us! Please call himout on that one so he doesnt think you are going to believe non-sence like that all the time

In all seriousness... You should try to make sure that he actually thought that it was true. If he lied to you to take advantage of you, you have a right to know about it. Ask him where he heard it from. If he says something like "Oh.. I read it on the internet" or a reliable source you know that he's full of it. If he something like "I heard it from the pervert in my English cla__s." Then yeah he probably thought it was true.

If to much sperm tried to inhabit the egg that's already taken
It kills it or ehh or maybe it was somebody in his cla__s I don't remember what he said exactly. But we talked about it last night and it's kinda funny how much he actually believes it

A teacher would neeeeeeever say that. I mean... that's so dumb. There are millions of sperm going after one egg, and (usually) only one gets it. What makes them think adding to those millions is going to stop that same one from getting to it? It just makes no sense at all. How is he 17 and doesn't understand the basic reproductive system? Seems fishy to me...
