Tess is right, if it where Harolds baby you wouldnt have to worry about it being harmed..,, take a test and see your results.. try not to stress too much... let us no how it goes:D Lunamoo and Iona.-- I havent seen any posts lately from you two (or one) that have anything to do with pregnancy or a question in general, Amanda's questions are legit, lay off her already!

I'm waiting (very impatiently) to test. I'm having symptoms but I've been having symptoms since Ellie was born so it doesn't really mean anything. Someone on the infant forum said I might not get my period even if I wasn't pregnant because when one exclusively b___stfeeds like I am, it's not uncommon to only get one period. I've been having period cramps for the last few days though... No signs of implantation bleeding, but I think it'd be too soon for that anyway. I really don't know what I would do if I was pregnant right now... That's so unfair, you know?

Yeah, it's normal to have no period while bfing!

amanda17 - August 31

I've already had a period :P I mean someone told me it's normal to just have one.

AddysMummy - August 31

It's normal to have one, normal to have them disappear, normal to not have them at all. (all of this while b___stfeeding lol)

Yeps. If I took a First Response pregnancy test, do you think it would be accurate right now? I'm kinda freaking out over it. Today my nose was a little runny and I remembered Grandpa Viv saying something about runny nose being one of the first signs of pregnancy, so I turned to Harold and I was like "OMG I'm PREGNANT!" And he gave me this confused look and asked why I thought that... "My nose is running Harold, WHY ELSE WOULD MY NOSE RUN???" hahaha

First Response might work!

Is there a certain time after conception that the test might work? Like I know how many days before your period, but how many days after conception?

I was able to get a + 9 days past ovulation, and i have heard others have as well. I used one of the early pregnancy test. It was as faint as can be, my dh swears to this day that there was nothing there LOL, but 3 test over the next week confirmed what i saw. I guess only a mother can see those things, :)

Ive never been able to get a positive until the day before my period id due. And then its really faint. It just depends on how much pregnancy hormone your body produces and when.

My friend got a pos 8 dpo. I did 10dpo.

Amanda, if you ovulated when you think you did, there's no way you'd be pregnant by Harold. The other guy there is a closer possibility but you took plan B. Also with the pregnancy test, even with first response, yes some women get the positive 8 or 9 days post ovulation but they were usually early implanters or sometimes ovulated earlier than they thought. If you are at risk for being pregnant, the only time you can trust a negative is after a missed period. As for a false positive from Ellie-the hormones are usually out of your system within 4 weeks. So I really doubt that your pregnant, unless you were to ovulate twice in your cycle and ovulated earlier in the month then later when you thought you did-which isn't completely unusual after a baby. So yes it is a little early to test and have it come out accurate. Wait until close to your expected period and if it is Harold then it should be accurate.

thats what i think to, i also read that while b___stfeeding your not very fertile at all...............so i think your safe
