Floricica, I was simply stating that you are a person who probably also feels the way Blimes feels about negligent parenting but instead of judging, you are making an example of yourself by being a good mother and by finishing college and actually making changes in the world instead of sitting back and doing nothing while pointing fingers. So it was a compliment!
As for the comment about who's in the teen forum, I'm 24 and have a 2 year old-so no I'm not a teen mother and wasn't a teen mother. The thing is that I got pulled in here a long time ago by someone in another forum asking for advice in this one, and since then I have found I do have a place here, maybe not for you, but I've made friends who I've advised through their pregnancies and deciding the next steps in their lives, and some of the pop-up questions are so full of naivete that sometimes it helps to have an older voice. Yes, I didn't have a baby in my teens but I found myself in a situation like some who come on, but I miscarried. I still like to think we all bring our personal experiences and knowledge to the table to help one another and other scared teens who pop in.
