So turns out we are going to have to wait another 3 weeks for another kitten. Ours is possibly going to be put down on monday. Evn ifhes not..I'm not paying 300$ for a kitten who isn't healthy. So we are getting a bengal from the same breeder. At a discountedprice. We can't choose between the typesshe has, we can't pick a name...and its ver y upsetting that this is the second disappointment. Sigh, i'm ver upset.

why is he unhealthy? and is it treatable? why do people kill cats and throw them away like they're nothing? i don't see people being euthanized because they have a life long disease.

they have really tired sooo hard. Over two weeks to get them better....but they are on the verge of being blind. its really upsetting. I dunno though. They are really sick. have even stopped eating. so we are going to get another litterl...but we can't choose between the three kittens that we like out of 6 in the litter...so =( we can't make up our minds. =(

ohhh!! that's so sad! but not a reason i'd put a cat down. i mean if it's indoors, they can live blind. oh but if they've stopped eating, that's not good. =( i hate it when i see sick kittens.

Turns out the kittens are making a fabulous recovery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUt of no where. Mike and morag..the inlaws..took us to see them tonight...and the white one we were going to get...we deicded in the end that h could have medical bills in the future and that we couldn't take a cat that could potentially be ill. So we decided not to get him. Now while we were choosing another kitten from another one of her litters...they were playing with the orange one whos name is mango...and the grey one which is his brother. Now the white one we were taking some time to say goodbye, cause we couldnt' choose between the other litter...we both liked different ones. So..!!!! after a heartfelt and really sad goodbye and lots of pictures we put niveus back in the pen so that i didn't get attatched again. it was really hard. I loved that cat, but in the end...we can get pet insurance...that covers 4000£ but if we took the one that was sick..They wouldn't insure him. So...its horrible..we loved that kitten ...but she will find him a good home and lots of other people have really liked him so i feel happy that he will find someone very loving who can take care of him and his eyes. ...now while we were doing that..mike and morag were getting ever so attattched to the grey and orange one...!! so they are getting TWO!!!!!. from the same litter so they are brothers. Their names are mango and marble. lol. we still couldn't pick from another litter and another type of cat..so ...we took TWO TOO...lol hubby got the wee little girl thats black with black spots. Who doesn't havea name...and i choose the seal milk snow bengal....and her name is mozart. Hehehe. so ..we first came there heartbroekn with none....and picked out one each..then left and came back again wtih broken hearts....to try and find another one we liked more..and we both went away with 2 lol....soooo....there are 4 lovely kittens joining the family =) So...if you ask i'll send you some pics...of mango, marble, mozart..and (blackie for now)....=) two little bengal kittens, and two main coon cross's

sigh, well my fil has just called up..and confused my husband into which kittens he wanted...so now my husband is undecided. it was already going to be a very hard decision to not take the one we had like at first....but now hes upset and cant decide between the three...so...

I have an all black kitten o_o his name is ninja. He is a menace to SOCIETYYY lol.

yeh i like different i dont like people who name there cats with human names lol it sounds silly yo me, it might just be called the cat for while i just dont know what to call a female black cat lol!

How about Nyx for the black cat? Nyx was the Greek goddess of the night. Suiting for a black cat I'd say. Most of my pets have foreign names, usually Greek or Roman in origin. There is Dante, Narcissus, Diomedes and Rorick. I love non-traditional names, ones that aren't so commonly heard.

i have an orange cat that i named morris. yep, just like morris the cat from the cat food =P i also used to have a black cat named rinoa like the character out of final fantasy. i'm a nerd i know lol
