36 Weeks Pregnant And Missing Work??

I am about 36 weeks pregnant and work at Walmart as an inventory associate. I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day and often have to bend over to get to bottom inventory shelves. I've been excused from using the ladder because my doctors thought I would go into preterm labor (I have a bicornuate uterus, luckily I made it this far and everything is good). However, I've been calling in once or twice a week because my legs and ankles hurt SO bad. When do go I have to take small breaks and sit in the bathroom to relieve the pressure from my ankles. I have an intermittence leave for migraines that allows me to do so without getting fired. The thing is, I feel SUPER guilty for calling in and I often spend the rest of the day I called in beating myself up about it. It doesn't help that my managers get angry with me for calling in, however they also get mad at me when I'm there and I'm going slower than everyone else. So my question is, should I feel guilty?? An additional unrelated question, after the baby is born and I'm done with maternity leave I'd like to start working an office job, what types of places would hire someone who doesn't have previous office experience? My managers are very rude and not understanding and I know the stress of being a first time mom is going to be hard enough and I don't want to go back and deal with them :(

You deffinitely should not feel guilty!!!! But your managers and collegues should. Require a special and respectful attitude to you. You deserve it! Good luck! I wish you and your family be healthy and happy)
