Heya, we have have the same due date! :) Well, the other day my LO turned in to the posterior position as well. First of all know that it isn't a *whole* lot to worry about - at this stage it's actually pretty normal for the baby to turn several times, as that's really the only movement they can make right now. That being said though you certainly don't want him sunny side up when you go in to labor. My midwife recommended getting on hands and knees and letting your stomach hang down for at least 15 minutes 4 times a day (totaling an hour). And if you can do it more, the better. Also make sure that you're getting plenty of fluids as if you're low on amnio it will make it harder for him/her to turn.

They actually don't worry about that almost until you're ready to push. I delivered my 2nd last Friday and he was posterior when I went in to labour. I was worried but the dr. said it wasn't a concern yet, when it came time to push he had turned around. With my first he was sideways until I had to push, I just turned on my side and he flipped around pretty quickly.
