38 Weeks Baby Has Dropped Ribs Killing Me Still

Im 38 weeks and my son has dropped over a week ago. My ribs are absolutely still killing me i cant sleep nor can i get any comfort sitting down or anything. Anyone have any ideas on what i can do and why my ribs are still killing me? Pls pls help! Im desperate and on the verge of tears.
