My name is Suzette and am 32 yrs old. My son was born at 38 weeks and my daughter at 36. I am now 37 weeks and have had major pinching on cervix and pressure. Saw my Doc. on fri. and am more then 50% effaced an 2 dialated. Third babies feel like first ones. I feel like I know nothing. Please tell me what this pinching is. Is it me dialating more or effacing. Thank you.
