Ok...I spent the morning chasing my 2yo around an indoor playground with big slides, and lot of climbing (so i had to climb with her). I am 37 weeks today, and I had c secton with my first. I had pain in my old incision area while we were playing, then when we left, the contractions started. pretty painful and from back to front. They lasted about 3 minutes, and were about 10 minutes apart for about 2 hours...now they have spaced out more. What do you guys think?

I think you are overcooked LOL but seriously take it easy your body is telling you something. Now i just had my son 2 weeks ago repeat c-section and one of things they said before was if i had any pain in the area of the previous c-section to notify them though my original section was 9 years ago i never had any pain there. So thats the only thing that would concern me is that you are in pain where the previous c-section is. If your contractions are more closer together and you are getting 4 an hour and they are consistent then i would contact your OB or go to L&D

It does sound like you might have gotten dehydrated, but I agree with Robyn taht the pain in the incision warrents a check in with your care provider.
