Hi! I'm about a week ahead of you, & I've been having the same thing for about 2 weeks. It's only at night, & it's only when I lay down. I asked my doc about it yesterday & he said it's because everything is so cramped in there. He said anything like Tums, Mylanta etc. is ok to take (I've been taking Tums & they help me). He also said if it's really bad, OTC Pepcid is ok as well. He also suggested not eating 4 hours before I go to bed. That's the hard one!! :-) Good luck!

Oh I feel your pain! I have been getting heartburn and reflux for the last month or so - at the start it was just when I lay down - now its all the time! I also use Mylanta which helps a lot at night before sleep - I can still feel the reflux but it doesnt burn. I am definately going to go and try the Gala Apples! I am at work right now and have it really bad - am about to try a peppermint tea - will let you know how i go! x

Hi ladies, sorry about your alls heartburn. I know what you are going through, went through the same thing. Thank goodness it stopped as soon as I gave birth :-) The one thing that helped me was Zantac 75. My doctor actually recommended it over anything else. It works like a charm, you can take one pill twice a day or just one late evening and have a good nights sleep, well as good as it gets when your 9 months preggers. Good luck and hope it helps.
